Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground or FedEx for the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska and Hawaii please contact us.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping applies to all of within U.S.

Note: Free shipping offers do not apply when orders ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping

Orders usually ship within 5 business days after the order is confirmed. However, shipping may require several additional days due to occasional reasons such as high order volumes and orders placed during the holiday season.

International Shipping

Our website will not accept any orders if the delivery address is outside of the U.S.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges if you open your products. If your shipment was damaged during transit or if you received the wrong items, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the package.

Your orders of B&C Dental Supply products are placed through our secure website. We accept major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are unable to charge the accurate amount for your order for any reason, your order will be canceled, and any amount charged will be returned to your card.
